Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Administrative Assistant supports daily operations by managing work orders, purchase orders, inventory processes, and production documentation; ensures smooth communication between sales, production, and shipping; prints and distributes work orders, routes paperwork, coordinates material availability, processes stock and labor tickets, and maintains shipping records. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across departments. Familiarity with inventory management, production scheduling, and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, data entry, order systems) is beneficial. Typical schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:45pm.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Resource Planning systems, inventory management, or production scheduling preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, order systems)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is a plus
