Job Summary
Administrative Assistant positions support the USARC Psychological Health Program across two regional divisions, serving as the administrative hub for program coordination, recordkeeping, reporting, and liaison activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with RC leadership on behavioral health administrative matters; planning regional case-management meetings, taking minutes, and distributing summaries; providing verbal/written program updates to COR; managing calendars, scheduling, and logistics for PHP staff; maintaining case records and documentation in compliance with regulations; preparing monthly MSRs and training certificates; serving as installation access coordinator (CAC processing, visitor access, installation passes); supporting data entry and management in program information systems while safeguarding PII per DoD directives; delivering excellent customer service to Soldiers, families, and RC personnel seeking program information or referrals. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of admin/office experience, proficiency in Office and Google Workspace, ability to obtain CAC, and U.S. citizenship or authorized work status.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience managing multiple tasks in deadline-driven environment
- Clear FBI/state background check
- U.S. citizenship or authorized work status; ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 investigation)
