Job Summary
Executive Assistant role providing high-level administrative and operational support to multiple executive team members across the Mexico team; manages complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and day-to-day logistics; coordinates executive communications, prepares presentations and reports, and consolidates information from multiple sources into concise, executive-ready materials; supports vendor and financial processes including purchase orders, expense validation, and budget tracking; collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate coordination and follow-through on initiatives; leveraging AI and digital productivity tools to streamline workflows while maintaining confidentiality and data security. This is a hybrid position with in-office days as determined by the Hiring Manager in Mexico City.
