Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting students and visitors, distributing mail, data entry, filing, maintaining electronic calendars and school email, preparing letters, and mailing duties. Responsibilities include supporting the Program Director/Principal by ordering and dispensing office supplies, managing reimbursements, and handling essential records such as medical documentation, CSE evaluation paperwork, annual reviews, and transcripts/IEPs. Requires strong computer skills, ability to multi-task, excellent customer service and organizational abilities, and knowledge of NYSED databases and CSE processes. Minimum education: High School Diploma; 3+ years of experience. Pay range: $17-$26 per hour, fully in-person at Lackawanna, NY. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience

- Knowledge of NYSED databases, Data Warehouse/e-school, IEP Direct/Cleartrack
- Knowledge of CSE process
