Job Summary
Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to a Regional Market Leader, including managing the leader's calendar, coordinating travel and expenses, scheduling meetings and events, and producing professional correspondence and documentation. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, executive presence when interfacing with C-suite and senior leadership, and proficiency with productivity tools to create and manage documents, presentations, and data reports. The position emphasizes calendar/travel/expense management, project support for strategic initiatives, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. Location: New York, NY (onsite three or more days per week).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Excellent grammatical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications
