Job Summary
Administrative Assistant in Dallas: provide front-office and cross-functional support; assist and cover for administrative staff; coordinate travel; input and update contact information in Salesforce; input and update opportunity/project data in Salesforce/Deltek; schedule and manage calendars; assist Office Manager and leadership; provide project documentation support; handle special projects. Requires 2+ years of administrative experience, strong Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook skills, and a Bachelor's degree; Salesforce/Deltek/TEAMS experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Salesforce, Deltek, and/or TEAMS experience a plus
