Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will support Membership staff with mailings, phone calls, and general correspondence. Responsibilities include assisting with Member reservations, providing information to realtors, managing member events, and maintaining the Member website. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm. This full-time role requires availability for member events in the evenings, holidays, and some weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of all Member events and assist in event planning
- Ability to assist with Member’s reservations, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend and lift up to 15 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Able to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Possess and able to present a professional demeanor at all times to Members and Guests.
