Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides vital support to Membership staff by managing mailings, phone correspondence, and membership inquiries. Key responsibilities include assisting with reservations, providing membership information to realtors, coordinating presentations, updating the Member website, and ensuring effective communication with members. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience in private or club operations is preferred, alongside a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor at all times
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work member events in the evenings, holidays and some weekends
- Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend and lift up to 15 lbs.
