Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support for the Academy, including member communications, coordinating processes, maintaining documents and records, managing data and systems, assisting with events/webinars and committee support, handling shipping/inventory/fulfillment, and providing financial and enrollment support. Requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, and a customer-service mindset.
