Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to the Executive Directors provides executive-level administrative and operational support to two district senior leaders. Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, meeting coordination, budget and PO processing, cross-department liaison, data collection and reporting, and district-event coordination. Requires confidentiality, proactive organization, and ability to balance multiple priorities across leadership, instructional, and operational functions. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years of administrative support experience, and strong MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency.
