Job Summary
Greets visitors, answers telephone lines, and manages the daily calendar for the College Guidance Office while assisting college counselors in scheduling appointments. Operates the Scoir database system and performs essential clerical tasks upon request. Orchestrates the annual Sunshine Invitational College Fair, manages the Bright Futures Scholarship program, and organizes counselor and teacher recommendation letters for senior students. Creates and manages annual office calendars for Sophomore, Junior, and Senior classes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience, and advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Full-time role with physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, and for the majority of the work day
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must successfully maintain an acceptable Level II criminal background check
