Job Summary

Conduct high-level administrative support for the Medical Director by managing the calendar, handling incoming communications, and coordinating meetings and travel. Prepare statistical reports, organize departmental projects, and maintain confidential files while serving as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, and associates. Perform reception duties, arrange conference calls, order supplies and refreshments, and take meeting minutes as directed. Establish priorities independently and project a professional image during all in-person and phone interactions. Requires 3+ years of broad administrative experience and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining positive customer relations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • 3 or more years broad administrative/secretarial experience
  • Must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
  • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department
  • Employment with the health system is contingent upon, among other things, agreeing to the health-system-dispute-resolution-program.pdf and signing the agreement to the DRP

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or technical/professional training/degree in Business School Training
