Job Summary
Administrative Assistant role at a leading childcare company focusing on people leadership and operational support. Responsibilities include identifying and interviewing teacher candidates, conducting classroom observations and evaluations, managing curriculum alignment with brand standards, coaching and developing staff, scheduling and maintaining classroom ratios, handling new hire paperwork and licensing documentation, ensuring center schedules and labor align with budget, leading family tours, communicating progress to families, conducting show-and-tell activities, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements, and executing monthly emergency drills. The position requires professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children, center leadership/management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, along with knowledge of licensing rules and CPR/First Aid qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience required
- Professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
