Job Summary
Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to High Desert Financial Group, including answering phones, greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling routine administrative duties, preparing routine correspondence and reports, supporting projects and programs, scheduling client/member meetings with Financial Advisors, updating the contact management system with client information, assisting with meeting follow-up and expense tracking, providing back-up support for other staff, participating in business planning, and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Must be able to work with all team members and represent the organization with external clients; background verification and fingerprints are part of the process. Compensation is $18.50 per hour; benefits are not provided. Thrivent is a membership-owned fraternal organization offering financial services.
