Job Summary
Conduct clerical assistance for the Executive Director and clinical managers, including handling client inquiries, preparing meeting minutes, and processing client billing and Medicaid/SNAP applications. Manage the front desk, answer phones, and provide coverage as directed while maintaining accurate records of gift in kind work sheets and correspondence. Execute data entry tasks across Microsoft Office Suite and Intergy, order supplies, process invoices, and manage petty cash and client funds in adherence to dual control policies. Support new employee orientation and maintain program competency files, ensuring all client services are documented in electronic health records while strictly observing confidentiality regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Three years' experience in a similar clerical position
- One years' experience in clerical and data entry work
- Proficiency in using general office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in databases
- Proficiency in Intergy
- Proficiency in report-generating programs
- Knowledge of cross-cultural issues
- Knowledge of peer support mentorship, advocacy, and recovery support
- Understanding of trauma-informed care
- Alaska driver's license with acceptable criminal history and driving records
- Ability to maintain a collaborative and cooperative work environment
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized

- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with peers, supervisors, clients, families, and visitors
