Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the Assurance Service Line in Albany, NY, on-site. Responsibilities include providing dedicated Partner/Principal support (time/expense entry, billing, meeting management, e-mail triage, reports), e-filing tax returns, preparing client deliverables (financial statements, engagement letters, confirmations, quality management submissions, binder approvals), handling communications with internal/ external clients, calendar coordination for Partners/Principals, coordinating meetings/logistics, maintaining billing procedures proficiency, organizing information, cross-training others, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires at least three years of relevant experience and an associate degree or equivalent. Salary $22.00-$26.00 per hour with standard and peak-hour adjustments; full-time, in-office hours as described.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Minimum of an associate degree or a high school diploma, GED with equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, scanning, and business English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation
