Job Summary
Administrative Assistant supports technology teams with a broad range of administrative duties: providing/administering support for technology projects, trainings, and infrastructure activities; maintaining electronic and other documentation; assisting with process improvement; coordinating meetings and travel; managing reimbursements and procurement; preparing confidential and non-confidential documents; recording meeting minutes; presenting information on procedures; and supporting multiple departments (Network, Systems, Project Management, and Training). Responsibilities include compiling data for reports/presentations, organizing meetings/workshops, handling calendars, travel arrangements, and training materials, safeguarding information, and ensuring timely completion of tasks within established guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: SKILLS are required to perform single, technical tasks with a potential need to upgrade skills to meet changing job conditions.
- KNOWLEDGE is required to read a variety of manuals, write documents following prescribed formats, and/or present information to others; and understand complex, multi-step written and oral instructions.
- ABILITY is required to schedule activities and/or meetings; often gather, collate, and/or classify data; and use basic, job-related equipment.
