Job Summary
Manage schedules by maintaining calendars, setting appointments, and responding to invitations for NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office. Coordinate office communications, memoranda, and correspondence while maintaining electronic files, databases, and business unit calendars. Prepare presentations, reports, and large documents as required, including supporting audits of classified hard drives and handling classified materials when necessary. Maintain contract, personnel, and financial files or reports. This role supports PMS 340 operations within SPA's Undersea Technology Portfolio, requiring an active Secret clearance and Associate's degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Associate's degree or higher
- STEM, Business, Administration, International Relations, Military Studies, Political Science, National Security, Public Policy, Government Studies, Statistics or related field of study
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and collaboration skills
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of developing briefs and reports for leadership team review
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to maintain Secret clearance throughout employment
- Attendance at a designated work location
- Full-time availability
