Job Summary
Provide general administrative support to office teams, employees, and guests; manage office operations including guest relations, phones, desk setup, mail, calendars, meetings and events; coordinate vendors and equipment maintenance; assist with onboarding, travel coordination, and staff logistics; maintain office presentation, supplies, inventory, and budget considerations; support IT-related equipment troubleshooting, conference setup, and local server maintenance; assist with internal communications, audit and expense tasks, and safety procedures; contribute to office events and onboarding experiences, notary coordination, and facility readiness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of 3-year administrative experience or equivalent
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication
- Notary Public for the state of facility location within 6 months from employment start date
