Job Summary
Administrative Assistant position provides essential support to the office and accounting department; duties include greeting visitors, handling calls and correspondence, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling meetings and travel, researching vendors, performing daily/monthly accounting reconciliations, renewing licenses/vehicle registrations, issuing trucking permits, and assisting with waste tire fee submissions; requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in managing office operations and supporting senior management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
