Job Summary
Provides comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to departments, functional groups, and/or executive leadership. Manages daily administrative operations, including handling inquiries, data entry, generating reports, coordinating general office services, scheduling meetings and events, maintaining calendars, preparing documents and presentations, and acting as liaison to accounts payable, human resources, Workers' Compensation, and billing issues. Requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years of administrative experience, strong Excel (and MS Office) skills, and ability to work independently and with others.
