Job Summary
Provide office support for a manufacturing company during a 4-month leave coverage period. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, handling customer email inquiries, data entry, filing, document organization, and general administrative tasks. Assist with purchasing-related paperwork (purchase orders, vendor documentation, order confirmations) and coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth office operations. Requires professional communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Onsite at the Arlington, WA office for a temporary assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
