Job Summary
Provide and coordinate administrative support functions for Community Crisis Stabilization and Transitional Support Services programs, managing client transition workflows including admissions and discharges. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, organize file systems, and accurately enter data into computer software systems. Complete assigned tasks in an organized, dependable, and efficient manner while exhibiting proficiency in office equipment and troubleshooting discrepancies. Requires 1-2 years of administrative experience, basic Excel and Word skills, and ability to work in high-demand environments. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products (Publisher/PowerPoint)
- Ability to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-demand and/or stressful environments from time to time
- Able to multitask on time-sensitive projects
- Self-directed and able to work independently
