Job Summary
Manage high-volume administrative workflows for new account openings, transfers, and investment documentation submissions. Track and follow up on all paperwork to ensure timely completion while maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation. Assist with RSP contributions, general account maintenance, and the onboarding of new client households. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and provide administrative support to advisors and the investment team. Potential to gradually interact directly with clients.
