Job Summary
Manage schedules, correspondence, and records for managers, staff, and departments. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences while maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems. Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Enter, update, and maintain data and records. Order office supplies, monitor inventory, and process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documents. Greet visitors, provide professional customer service, and assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics. Coordinate communication between departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person
- Ability to occasionally lift or move office supplies and materials

- Associate degree
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
