Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support Corporate Services for Home Shield Pest Control. Serve as the primary front-desk contact with a high-volume multiline phone system, greet visitors, manage mail/shipping, and maintain a professional office environment. Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including handling correspondence and preparing documents (memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, reports). Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, including virtual meetings via videoconference platforms. Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for employees. Support HR and Recruiting with various admin functions. Order office supplies and assist IT with equipment inventory and returns. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and experience in an administrative/office support role; strong written/verbal communication, organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities; ability to learn new software and office systems.
