Job Summary
Supports a Regional or System Director, or multiple department leaders in an administrative capacity. May support multiple departments. Responsibilities include providing assistance and serving as a subject matter expert for administrative staff, assisting with process improvements, compiling information for reports or presentations, preparing charts, graphs, or tables, maintaining filing systems, entering information into databases, handling correspondence, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings and events, and providing confidential administrative support with advanced skills. The role requires a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent) and two years of related experience; operates with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
