Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to provide a wide range of administrative and staff support for property management operations, including handling invoices, preparing and researching reports, managing calendars and correspondence, supporting Board of Directors meetings, logging and organizing paperwork, and maintaining logs and vendor communications. Requires 3–5 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, ability to handle confidential information, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Must utilize discretion in managing highly confidential or sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of management and clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
