Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the sales team and store leadership in a full-time New York, NY role. Responsibilities include preparing for daily client visits, prepping clothing to be delivered, locating client information (A/R balances, sales sheets), updating sales materials, coordinating and maintaining client orders/files, and communicating with clients. Duties also cover setting appointments, providing order status, scheduling deliveries, reminders, and supporting sales professionals by managing calendars, organizing inventory, pursuing process efficiencies, picking up/delivering client items as needed, prospecting new clients via internet and social media, digital marketing tasks (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Twitter), entering referrals, sending introductory/promotional messages, creating call/hot lists, delivering exceptional customer service with factories, corporate offices, clients and vendors, and maintaining a professional image with corporate clients. Required attributes include strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, customer-service orientation, social media savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets/Forms, basic accounting aptitude, flexibility, multitasking ability, and a valid driver's license with the ability to lift 20 lbs. The position specifies onsite attendance in New York, NY with a 35-hour workweek at $23/hour and offers PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k).
