Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, client service activities, and administrative functions. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls; coordinate conference room scheduling, meetings, and event logistics; assist with document management, data entry, and payments; maintain client and policy information in agency systems; manage office supplies, mail, and vendor coordination; prepare client presentations and reports; support special projects and day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior administrative, office support, or customer service experience is preferred.
