Job Summary

Administrative Assistant for RockStep Capital at the Uptown Meridian Mall in Meridian, MS. Provides front-line administrative support to the mall team, Sr Management, tenants and vendors; handles operational administration, accounting tasks in Yardi, tenant leasing support, janitorial/security coordination, vendor/contractor documentation, and marketing support to ensure smooth mall operations. Typical duties include answering calls and mail, calendar management, document preparation, reporting (e.g., utility and occupancy), processing tenant payments and COIs, updating lease information in Yardi, coordinating with security/janitorial, and assisting with promotional events. Requires 2+ years of administrative experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus. Role is full-time, on-site in Meridian, MS with standard 8:30-5 schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree in business administration Preferred, or Bachelor’s degree in business administration a Plus
  • Minimum of 2 years Administrative Assistant Required
  • 2+ years experience with Property Management software Required - Yardi a Plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel
