Job Summary
Administrative Assistant position supporting Robinson Oil Corporation’s leadership team. Responsibilities include administrative support for leadership; handling calls and correspondence; meeting notes; assisting with special projects; maintaining files and records; event planning for company events; managing insurance claims as primary point of contact; supply management for office, kitchen, print materials, and signs; providing retail reporting and analysis to leadership; managing corporate ticket programs; and other miscellaneous duties to support the team. Requires 3+ years in an administrative role, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks with attention to detail. Notary Public commission is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in administrative support
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Notary Public commission preferred
