Job Summary
Administrative Assistant role responsible for general clerical duties including typing, filing, scheduling, payroll and financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and supporting special projects. Must comply with safety regulations and procedures, drive company vehicles as required, maintain regular attendance, provide administrative support to meet corporate deadlines, and perform housekeeping duties as directed. Requires proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, ability to type at least 30 WPM, basic accounting skills, and data processing capabilities; valid state driver’s license if operating company equipment is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience
- Must be proficient in excel spreadsheets
- Must have at least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to type at least 30 WPM with minimal errors
- Basic accounting skills needed
- Data processing required
- Must maintain a valid state driver's license if required to operate company equipment
