Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for the Respite Care program in Harlem, responsible for office administrative functions including maintaining and filing leases and lease renewals, processing work orders for tenants and facilities, updating the program directory, answering telephones, typing memorandums, rent collection, procurement, petty cash, preparing and maintaining program office reports/records, arranging materials for program meetings, maintaining on-site program files and mailing lists, managing client entitlements and leases, processing mail and supplier purchases, and data entry with reporting accuracy. The role requires operating a computer and software programs, and supports program administration with 40 hours per week; education and experience include an Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related field and one year of purchasing and procurement experience. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
Required Qualifications
