Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Principal and assist with day-to-day school office operations, including attendance tracking, enrollment processing, student records management, preparation of letters and newsletters, and serving as a liaison between students, staff, parents, and District personnel. duties include greeting visitors, handling mail and inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, compiling attendance and report cards, organizing enrollment and withdrawals, and supporting the Principal and Assistant Principal in policy adherence. Strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook, and ability to work independently with good organization and discretion are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
