Job Summary
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for Somersett Owners Association, serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering high-level customer service and supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in residents and guests, processing registrations and payments, guiding new residents on paperwork and facility access, maintaining a clean front desk and common areas, handling phone inquiries, processing sales and stocking merchandise, distributing mail and deliveries, and completing opening/closing checklists. Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong organizational and confidentiality skills, and the ability to work in a hospitality-focused environment are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree highly preferred; full-time schedule includes weekday and weekend hours and may include holidays.
