Job Summary
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role serving as the front-desk face of ExacTech. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, handling visitor logs, supporting administrative tasks across departments (document production, data entry, memos, reports, scheduling, inventory, and mail/courier services), and maintaining professional communications. Requires proactive multitasking, strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and excellent interpersonal skills to support a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, data entry, receptionist or customer service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
