Administrative Assistant / Receptionist needed to handle front-office duties: answer and direct phone calls, book appointments, manage calendars in CRM for designers, greet visitors, provide office support to staff, sales, and production/installation teams, and perform general office tasks. Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, exceptional organization, customer-oriented and enthusiastic demeanor, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent phone etiquette.
