Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support Implementation Manager with coordination and execution of closes, reporting, and implementation projects, plus general office administration. Responsibilities include office management, end-of-cycle reporting support, managing internal communications, distribution of occupancy data, investor correspondence, handling mail and couriers, managing K-1s and quarterly letters, assisting with software updates and special projects, and maintaining a clean, organized office environment. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong judgment and professionalism in handling diverse interactions (e.g., residents, investors, vendors)
- Advanced knowledge of telephones, voicemail, and basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Office environment with standard equipment operation
- Experience with Excel data entry and reporting
- Familiarity with K-1s and quarterly distribution letters (Investment Division)
