Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support our Customer Service team. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining regular customer service reports, developing Excel dashboards with advanced formulas, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems, assisting with documentation, scheduling, and coordination, tracking service KPIs, and supporting process improvements. Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM or reporting tools and experience in operations support or process improvement are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role within a customer service environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience with CRM or reporting tools
- Experience in process improvement or operations support
