Job Summary
Prepare proposals, correspondence, and electronic document submittals while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Schedule meetings, arrange conference room setups, record minutes, and process employee expense reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission. Maintain electronic filing systems, coordinate mail and courier shipments, and occasionally deliver plan sets locally. Provide reception desk support and track professional development. This role requires seven years of administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. Full-time position in Columbus, OH, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of administrative experience in a business environment, including direct support to senior-level leadership
- Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite is required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
