Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support a team by handling front-office operations and a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling deliveries, drafting letters/presentations/reports, assisting with financial tasks such as account reconciliation and purchase/sales orders, coordinating deliveries with clients and vendors, tracking shipments, maintaining office supplies/equipment, running errands, and leveraging Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat to streamline tasks. Bonus awareness for ConnectWise Manage CRM. Required skills emphasize multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, proactive reliability, attention to detail, excellent customer service and interpersonal communication, and a strong capability in organization and problem-solving. The role is located in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal communication
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused
- Ability to craft professional letters, presentations, and reports
- Experience with basic financial tasks like account reconciliation, purchase orders, and sales orders

- Ability to manage office operations, supplies, and equipment
