Job Summary
Provide direct support to Division leadership by preparing reports, documents, and correspondence while managing calendars and responding to phone calls. Act as the first-line contact for other bureaus and divisions, tracking cases, recording case information, and compiling documents using case management software. Process complaints, data breach intakes, and public records requests, making necessary internal and external referrals. Oversee office procedures for records retention and archiving, and assist in preparing forms, filing court documents, and supporting hearings, meetings, depositions, or trials. This role offers a full-time, non-exempt position at $58,290 in the Boston Office with a hybrid work model. The successful candidate must demonstrate a connection to the communities served and an interest in supporting a respectful, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse working and communication styles
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using case management software or database software or demonstrated ability to self-learn and use software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and balance long- and short-term projects
- Excellent work ethic and professionalism
