Job Summary
To serve as the principal's secretary and facilitator for the school community by handling communications, record-keeping, and material acquisition; duties include answering calls, routing messages, maintaining records for building and principal, greeting visitors and assisting with enrollment, preparing and filing records/reports, generating purchase orders and related documents, serving as confidential secretary to the principal and assistant principal, compiling weekly/monthly/year-end reports, acting as liaison between school and community, scheduling conferences, overseeing substitute teachers, operating office equipment, distributing mail and flyers, assisting in calendar preparation, and administering medication per policy (Elementary) when required. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, typing skills, knowledge of computer hardware/software, and prior secretarial experience.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Possess appropriate typing skills for keyboarding
