Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the Program Director and staff of the Far Rockaway SRO Program with general clerical and administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering calls and routing messages, ordering supplies, paying bills via Yardi, managing weekly timesheets and payroll through Ultipro, maintaining personnel files, handling mail, typing documents, managing calendars and scheduling events, processing purchase requisitions and invoices, managing PN contract files, participating in staff meetings, Salesforce supervision, coordinating recreational and educational trips with clients, and attending professional development on Cultural Competence, Trauma Informed Care, First Aid & CPR, among other duties assigned by the Program Director and Managing Director. Preferred bilingual Spanish/English; HS diploma/GED required with associate degree/credits preferred; at least one year of experience; must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship). On-site in New York, NY.
