Job Summary
Process and track invoices, order office supplies, and maintain electronic and paper files. Update email lists and social media content while entering data into spreadsheets. Follow up on housing assistance calls and emails, prepare overnight mail, and transcribe meeting minutes for quarterly Board of Directors meetings. Register and maintain subsidiary entities in state and federal databases. Assist with Board meeting packages, project funding applications, and RFP responses. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role requires solid communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail. Experience with real estate or affordable housing is a plus, as is a Notary license.
Required Qualifications
- Solid verbal, written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- In-depth knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
