Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the VP People with end-to-end administrative and operational tasks, HR documentation, data reporting, and analytics. Responsibilities include coordinating performance evaluations, preparing MOMs, generating HR and business reports using Excel/Google Sheets, delivering presentations to stakeholders, and liaising across the People Department, Operations, and Talent Management/Learning & Development. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1-2 years of experience, strong English communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and the ability to analyze data and support cross-functional HR operations. The role is Hybrid, based in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any equivalent degree
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role/capacity
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with reports and basic data analysis
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional HR operations understanding
- Collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly identify aligned outcomes based on instructions
