Job Summary
Part-time Administrative Assistant for Creative Dining Services at Aquinas College, providing organized, confidential administrative support across HR-related tasks, payroll data entry, records management, invoicing and accounts payable, and campus dining communications. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, onboarding paperwork, reviewing timesheets, entering schedules and staff information, processing invoices and financial data, maintaining confidential files, coordinating office supplies and dining communications across digital and print channels, and supporting operational reporting. Candidates should be organized, accurate, detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook, and willing to learn systems such as ADP, Intacct, Ramp, and campus platforms; able to work independently and with managers and teammates; and comfortable in a fast-moving college dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior administrative, office, payroll, HR, accounting, or food-service support experience is helpful but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology.
