Job Summary
This Administrative Assistant - Outreach role supports student services and community interactions at FVTC's Clintonville Regional Center. Responsibilities include serving as the initial customer service contact for student services; assisting with admissions, enrollment, payments, and funding; maintaining student records and processing transcripts; utilizing the CRM to manage leads and communications; coordinating intake sessions, Open House, orientation, tours, and testing activities; handling cashier duties, insurance/documentation processes, and collaboration with faculty and departments; developing materials for class offerings and marketing communications; providing information on FVTC programs, policies, and procedures; and supporting emergency communication and building security when needed. The position may be performed remotely under certain circumstances with prior managerial authorization, and requires in-person work at the regional center with potential for remote work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Administrative Assistant or related field
- Two years of recent relevant office and customer service experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in Workday is preferred
- Subject to FVTC’s Motor Vehicle Records Disclosure Check
