Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support Howden's Clinical Trials Insurance team. Responsibilities include preparing and issuing quotes, binders, policies, COIs, schedules and endorsements; maintaining site lists, protocol references, territories, and sponsor/CRO details; handling renewals, MTAs, and endorsements with version control; data entry and validation in policy administration systems and CRMs; managing shared inboxes, triaging requests, and generating management information; assisting with client onboarding, KYC checks, and compliance information gathering; liaising with underwriters and brokers to chase quotes and documents; coordinating clinical trial insurance requests and ensuring country-specific wording compliance; scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up actions; adhering to SOPs, QA checklists, GDPR, and data retention policies; assisting with file audits, bordereaux prep, regulatory reporting support, and onboarding of new joiners; and supporting billing queries and WIP management. Required Qualifications
- A-Level (or equivalent) required; degree or relevant certification a plus
